Resident Pastor

As a Resident Pastor, your duty is to oversee the day to day activities of the church. You are responsible for the members and the community at large.

General Responsibilities

  • To oversee the representation of the ministry to communities of believers across the globe.
  • To maintain a positive ministry image, working with members of the community.
  • Facilitate the contact/visitation of hospitalized or grieving ministry members.
  • Facilitate and coordinate all ministry meetings such as Elder and Personnel.
  • Create, direct, and develop leaders on the staff and in the body of believers.
  • Connect with the community and render service to benefit humanity.
